JDM literally means Japanese Domestic Market. Its the term for all goods manufactured in Japan, but mainly means to us westerners Japanese manufactured cars.
And a culture built around them. Not quite Chavvy Halfords rimzzzzz, but not too far off unless done properly.
Basically embracing the Japanese car modding scene.
The cars are not meant to be flashy, but subtle enough to be known to other JDM-ers blah blah blah.

Edit: Touge is like what came from the JDM scene around mount Fuji i believe.
