There is an option on their site to pay straight away rather than later. The logic being this;

"I really want that game, but will I have the money a week before it's released?? I guess I'll just wait and see...

Hold on! I can pay now and they'll send it me when the time comes! Sweet!"

or something like that

check your account settings, you may have that option ticked!

that was a good watch, nice post staarman. almost seems odd that they're so passionate about making the game as good as it can be unlike some games you get and think.... there was a clear deadline and budget.

Can I ask what wheel you got? I'm in the market for when this is released but not sure what to go for. Any advise anyone has would be appreciated.

MK, i'm near Thame/Aylesbury just thought i'd throw that out there.


i bought the official MS wheel from game, was walking past just thinking "i wonder if they have a wheel in stock" saw the box in the window and about 4 and a half minutes later i was carrying the huge box back to my car


i love it. i suck massive ass compared to the pad but it's rekindled my love for Forza. i'd virtually given up but been playing with some of the R3 and R2 cars with downforce set to max i've been able to take the assists back off so i'm just running ABS now although AI is on medium just so i have a chance at winning still when playing offline LOL.


key i've found so far is to make small movements, when i got it i was being much too violent with regards to fighting the force feedback, which is amazing, I wasn't expecting that it would spin the wheel the wrong way to imply force i thought it'd just vibrate when you went off the track.

was £80 in store but i had the cash on me. its 70squids from Game's website.

would appear stocks are fairly low all over as i know that no argos' from here to Leighton Buz are out of stock.

get one sooner rather than later to practise is all i can say other than do it!! DO IT!!

My god can't wait for this one, big F1 fan and to be able to driver around some of these tracks at F1 speeds, is going to be amazing. And I've got my wheel too can't get much better, think I'm going to have a crisis lol.

Lol, yeah i'm at looking well forward this too.. Can't wait..

Really don't know why but i just can't get into forza, it just doesn't hook me in.. Keep trying again, it feels amazing through the wheel and physics but i'm not having fun, just fustration..

I loved Grid & the F3000 cars (Codies) and hoping for the same enjoyability with better physics/graphics and the whole F1 package. pits, weather and race weekend..

Thats why i'm hanging round here, hopefully i can get involved with the community again..
