Started off with a 1.0L Nova...blah bag o crap that was ! Turned 18 and bought a C Reg 1985 MK III Capri 1.6L Laser in Black, which I still own 15 years later She's the wife Then I bought another 1.6L Laser B-Reg in silver, which was my car I used for work, she was tuned up, fast road cam, clutch, single rear leafs etc, man she was great to sling around took her round Silverstone once too Then when sadly tin rot got hold of her I bought a 3.0L S MK III Capri in Black and man the sound of her when starting her up ! pure gorgeous ! But at £90 quid a week in petrol 6 years ago it got a bit much each week and thats with no playing at weekends and running on unleaded, then tin rot got hold of her too. Now got a MKV 1.25L Fiesta and building a MK III Capri Cossie powered also a 2.0L 3 Door Focus to rebuild too. Also owned a Mk III Escort Van,died of tin rot and MK III Escort 1.3L 3 Door converted to an XR3i engine and 5spd gearbox and XR2 carb fitted. Also own a Yamaha Thundercat

So that's...
Nova 1.0L ( bleh,good ridance ! scrapped !)
MK III Capri 1.6L Laser in Black ( The Wife)
MK III Capri 1.6L Laser in Silver ( RIP )
MK III Capri 3.0L S in Black ( RIP )
MK III Capri 2.0L Cosworth Powered
MK III Escort 3 Door sold on
MK III Escort Van ( RIP )
MK V 1.25L Fiesta 5 Door in Silver
Mk I Focus 2.0L 3 Door....gonna be Blue !
Yamaha Thundercat
Also part own a MK VI Escort with my Bro

Pain, i had an Aprilia RS 125 SP, the sport version with the leccy starter motor taken off and de-restricted, i got 115mph out of it before i bottled out! it sounded like it was doing 70mph when standing still, you had to rev it to about 7000 rpm just to get it to move! it was the only bike i was going to kill myself on, light asa feather and beautiful to look at with that sculpted alloy swing arm, mmm...

Way too many to mention if I started from when I was 17.

Atm I have a Rav4 bought dirt cheap as a run around. Highlights of the past include XR2 mk3, xr3, xr3i, orion 1.61i ghia, montego turbo(omg it was fast).

Had loads more various sheds, various company cars.

Yes I used to be what some may term a 'boy racer' can you tell?

i'm sure if they were tuned Pain you'd get 125 out of them, it was to all intence and purposes astreet legal race bike. it wouldn't take much to turn it into a pukka track bike, just some slight breathing on the engine and some slicks, and away you go, frightening realy, all for about £2500...
