Love to. Bit I use a wheel, so we cannot access the tuning options (can't click in the right stick )

On the Clio

reduced rear tyre pi to 1.45
brake ballance 60%
front sway 60
rear sway 15
diff acceleration 85%
deceleration 25%
brake mapping 7

everything else is stock.

Im sure people who know how to tune a car will do a much better job than I have, but this is working for me.

There may be another issue, noted by team EMW, digital downloads miss tuning settings in options, disc owners are o.k. So another patch needed to fix that.

Dpends on car. There was some information on game somewhere which said 500 to 700 and up to 1000 under hard braking for GT3

Brought up the telemetry on the Evo, and it the brakes started to lose their greenness below about 650 Fahrenheit (~350 Celcius or so). Then drove the rest of the track with the brakes slightly on and got them up to 1260F (~670C) - still green so it looks like there is quite a bit of leeway on there. Don't know how accurately different brakes are modeled though, because I believe ceramic brakes need to be 800+C.

And just to add to what I wrote above about different types of brakes, I found a bit over on the official forum stating that they have modeled the different types of brakes. That same thread also said that iron brakes still operate fine when cold, but fade badly if you let them overheat, while ceramic brakes are terrible cold but wear rapidly if overheated (so very similar to real life).

On the general tuning side, is there any interest in collecting the tunes put up so far in a stickied thread(s) to stop them getting lost in various threads around the place?

Yeah I have read that thread also.

So far all I am tuning is the tyre temps, brakes and tc slip.
Once this is done I can go about 2 seconds quicker than what it was stock.

Camber and bump sort of confuse me a bit so I dont tend to mess with them at all.

I'd definitely recommend having a play around with these to get a feel for the differences they make as it was the camber and fast rebound which were the steps which did most to dial out unwanted oversteer in the Evo. They definitely are a lot easier to overdo the settings than Forza is - for example it turned out that I had overdone the rear camber and that was the main cause of the unpredictable oversteer I had been suffering from early in the tuning process.
