One of the "new" cars from the Old vs. New DLC pack, this one is really in the wrong class being classed as Road B when really it's Road C in terms of pace.

As such, I got caned by the AI when I took it out on Bathurst in the 25hr Madness race (shortened to 2hrs by yours truly), but at least had the consolation of beating the other Mustang by a minute. For a big V8 muscle car, the surprise is that the acceleration is the weakest element of the car, closely followed by the braking. In contrast, it actually handles quite nicely and is a fun drive - not sure I could have coped with two hours in second to last position if it wasn't

So, here's the tune for Bathurst.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel the Bathurst tune didn't translate too well to the one-off Brands Hatch invitational race, so I had to make a few changes. The Mustang is never going to win a D-Class race, so I was happy with it getting 20th out of 30th and beating all the other Mustangs and also the Stancework BMWs (which are slower in corners, but a barsteward to pass due to that electric motor punching out of corners).

Changes from Bathurst, mainly stiffening it up to prevent body roll now that it's on a smoother track, are highlight in bold red
